About Me

I am a third year PhD student in math at University of Washington in Seattle, advised by Gaku Liu. Prior to that, I was a math master’s student at San Francisco State and math coach / department lead at Leadership High School.

My master’s research with Dusty Ross and Patrick O’Melveny focused on using mixed volumes to prove log-concavity of characteristic polynomials of matroids, and with Kim Seashore we worked on improving undergraduates’ experiences in the precalculus curriculum at SF State. These efforts were supported with funding through the ARCS Scholarship Program.
